Required documents (to be submitted electronically via email)

For new students coming from another school in Al Ain:

1.UAE ID card (both pages)

2.Original UAE ID for student and parents

3.Certificate of Birth

4.Copy of Passport with valid residence for Student

5.Copy of Passport with valid residence for Guardian (father & mother)

6.Family Book (for UAE National only)

7.A new photo

8.Vaccination Card

9.To whom it may concern-Pursuing of study  (During the Academic Year)

10.Previous academic year eSIS Report Card

11.Transfer Certificate from previous school (educational sequence letter)

For new students coming  from another emirate:

All of the above in addition to:

  1. Transfer certificate from previous school attested by the Educational Zone of Emirate
  2. Last academic year Report Card attested by the Educational Zone of Emirate

For New students coming from another country 

All of the above in addition to:

Previous academic year Report Card plus Transfer Certificate and all students’ documents attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country and the United Arab Emirate Embassy

Important! student will not be considered officially registered before ADEK approval on eSIS – Al Ain Educational office.
